Current status (March 2025)
Approval of the land annexation has been given by both Red Deer County Council and the Town of Bowden Council.
A Negotiation Report has been submitted to the Land & Property Rights Tribunal (LPRT) requesting that the annexation receives Provincial Government approval.
The project timescale for the annexation (as estimated by LPRT) is January 1, 2026.
